Dr. Guido Piccione

Guido Piccione, founding and managing partner, has always managed business law, either on the contractual and negotiation side or as litigator in Court.
He has followed numerous mergers and acquisitions, business and asset transfers, restructuring operations and bankruptcy cases.
He has built up a high level of expertise in company and commercial law, bankruptcy law, international contracts and litigation, IP matters and competition law.
He used to advising the most important corporations in the North East in consolidated business areas, such as footwear and clothing, manufacturing, sports equipment, food and wine, furniture, mechanical and electronical engineering and construction.
He is currently acting as president and member of the Arbitration panel, or as sole Arbitrator.
He is actively involved in planning the Firm’s growth strategies, through a pragmatic and innovative approach.
He graduated at Padua University and has been a lawyer since 1978.
