Dr. Alessandra Buzzavo

Alessandra Buzzavo, partner, is specialized in counseling, estates, inheritance, wills, co-ownership, partition, family property, and all related issues and disputes. Her practice is also focused on commercial and company law, handling all the issues related to conflicts arising within the company, among shareholders or board members. She also has extensive experience in drafting articles of association and collateral covenants between shareholders. She has managed delicate issues related to directors’ and auditors’ liability towards creditors.
She has consolidated experience in arbitration and mediation, having worked on a number of cases.
She graduated at Padua University in 1996 and was admitted to the Italian bar register in 2000. She previously attended the Notary School of Prof. Guido Capozzi in Naples and did two years’ training in notarial practice.
